Real Estate is a passion for me, as I am extremely motivated and enthusiastic to help people achieve their dreams. I have lived almost my entire life in the East Bay and love the diversity and rich cultures it has to offer. Having started a family and planning to raise my children here, I believe that the Bay Area is the greatest place to live on earth! I want to help as many people as I can meet their Real Estate goals while always being fair, honest, and just.
As a former teacher, working hard to educate and assist others is intrinsically rewarding to me. Volunteer work through my community and church provides me with the opportunity to serve others and build relationships. I find it interesting that these invaluable life experiences have gifted me with many of the same rewards I receive in my profession as a real estate agent.
I have a great deal of experience working with first time home buyers, and have assisted those who are selling by providing expert advice on how to best prepare a home for sale to receive top dollar. I take pride in negotiating for my clients, striving to achieve the greatest possible outcome in their best interests. I delight in problem solving, working hard, paying attention to detail, and serving my clients well to ensure a smooth and profitable sale.
One of the best aspects of my profession is meeting new and different people, providing outstanding service for them, and establishing long relationships with them after escrow closes. I maintain contact with my clients after the transaction is complete, continuing to serve them for the rest of their lives. The opportunity to help them and their friends over and over again is something I find essential.
